Fantastic experience: If you know Alice, you know she does her thing! She is very friendly, positive, and full of energy and that is the vibe she will throw on you. She is not your average instructor. She goes on cruises, out to party, out to eat with her fitness members. She is definitely an instructor that can be a best friend as well. The gym environments is welcoming. Everyone is paying attention to themselves while working out. The excercise plans are fun and will keep you wanting to move. I would definitely give Joi With Fitness a try!
