Fantastic experience: They always greet me and say goodbye at the door and are always willing to help or mentor when needed!

Fantastic experience: We used one of the rooms with kitchen for our Christmas party. It was great except that it was on the day that it set a record high for December in northern Illinois. It was fairly warm in the room.

Positive experience: Its a very clean gym. The staff was polite and friendly. Seniors 55 and older can work out for free.

Positive experience: Inexpensive, they have seniors free from 9 to noon. Senior aerobics classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 1 dollar

Fantastic experience: Really good people. They all work hard too keep it clean for all of. It's only 2$ for the day. And it is so much better then the big gym where people just set and take pictures all day long. You can get in a great work out and play a little basketball and then go for a little run outside.
