Fantastic experience: Good equipment and the staff keeps everything clean and sanitized. Everyone is very friendly and helpful there.

Fantastic experience: Its close to home fast convenient and I get my work out done in a snap. If I need to travle or on another part of town there is usually one I can stop in and TCB w the BSTs. Take care of business with the blood sweat and tears.

Fantastic experience: I love coming here! The facilities have been upgraded and look super nice now. They've got everything I could want, and I don't feel like I'm paying for services or gym space that I don't use, which is what I felt like as a member of other larger gyms. Management was very welcoming, and really understood what my fitness goals were and worked with me to develop a great plan and workout routine for me to do to achieve those goals! Also, since Allendale is a small town, I made some friends after seeing the same people in the gym time after time. Now, working out feels like going to a second home instead of hard work! Definitely check it out.

Fantastic experience: Best turn around! The facility is so much bigger than it used to be and the management is so helpful. I had a problem with leaving in the winter for family issues and they were so understanding and were willing to work with me. The staff is always looking to help out. Every time I go in the staff is always welcoming. I always love coming into the gym.
