Fantastic experience: Very impressed with this gym. The acceptance, the energy, the respect, the dedication - it's there! I had the honor of going with my wife to try out one of their workouts and I was totally satisfied. The gym is very neat and organized and has everything you could ask for. There is no pressure and Abby will mention form correction if she notices something needs tweaking, ultimately preventing injury in the future. This was completely a JUDGEMENT FREE place and I had a great time! I highly recommend 220 Fitness to you and encourage you to give the a shot! You will not be disappointed here. Please like my review if it helped you make a decision on going, this will help others reading the review!
