Fantastic experience: Crossfit CDI is one of a kind! All of the members are super welcoming and friendly and quickly made me feel at home. The coaches go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with each lift and are committed to making sure you get a great workout that is RIGHT for you. Love all the programming and cannot recommend this box enough. The community here is top notch. If you get the chance to drop in or are looking for a home box definitely stop in.

Fantastic experience: CDI is my fourth “home” box. (I move a lot). And it is head and shoulders above any other box I have been a member of. The programming is top notch, and all of the coaches are very professional in their approach. After three years as a crossfitter, I thought I knew it all. But almost every day, a CDI coach will give me a pointer on tightening up my form on something I’ve done a thousand times before, and no one had ever pointed out my error before.

Fantastic experience: Great box. I was in town for the week and was able to drop in for 3 classes. The box is quite large, with a large rig and lots of weights. Friendly, inclusive atmosphere that started with the owner Darren and continued with the coaches, Q and Jeremiah, and all the members. I wouldn't hesitate to drop in again or join if you are on the fence.
