Fantastic experience: Went here for my Bachelorette party this past year. So much fun!! While some ladies in my party were unsure of the exercise prior to going, everyone ended up having the BEST time! We even plan on coming back to bungee some more!

Fantastic experience: My sister-in-law and I attended a reasonably priced, self-defense class taught by Tia, who was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and very professional. She also made us feel comfortable with a bit of humor added occasionally throughout her instruction. I would highly recommend her and Stellar Fitness to any girl/woman seeking to empower themselves.
