Fantastic experience: I love this place 24 hours 7 days a week 365 days a year that's a beautiful thing when you're a small business owner and mother and wife to be able to go to the gym when you actually have the time and to know it'll be open is a beautiful thing! It's there when you need to go to your happy place. Also the vanguard in York Maine has a drink vending machine. Has had it or maybe 5 months now I think.

Fantastic experience: Recently upgraded space really improves the experience and brings the York location in line with the other Vanguard locations. Everything you could need in a gym.

Positive experience: Good place I practice social distancing..they realy need to have bottles of disinfectant they have none..all they have is there regular wipes..not enough...
