Fantastic experience: Great experience, although o couldn't keep up because of an injury. I will still attend water arenocs on Monday and Thursday. The instructor was awesome sauce.

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym. Staff is very helpful and sensitive to the needs of their customers. I'm disabled and have vision problems and trouble with walking. The front desk staff were very patient with me and showed me around. I can't remember the lady 's name but she has dark hair and slim build and Mr. Woody was very helpful and even checked on my husband and I to see how we were making out. I really appreciate that. I know I have disabilities but I want to focus on my health and try to get stronger. ????????

Fantastic experience: I just signed up yesterday and the owner was incredibly friendly. He was really helpful and got me working out within 15 minutes of filling out paperwork. The gym has an 80s vibe to it in my opinion but also has new equipment. One thing I wanted to point out because I didn’t see any in the pictures is that this gym has free weights, bench, deadlift, and squat racks. That was also a big thing for me as well. I wanted to be able to do the big 3 with a real bar and not a smith machine. As I was saying I enjoyed the weight lifting but I’m they have a full size pool and classes available as well. I’d highly recommend this gym. Super excited to get back in there. 10/10.
