Fantastic experience: 359 is a great place to practice... great energy, great teachers. It was wonderful to be back in class! I highly recommend 359 Yoga????

Fantastic experience: ah what a beautiful practice, in a beautiful studio, on a beautiful day. Jill took, 8 of us, to a peaceful place on my 1st time back in a studio since covid. safety precautions are in place, new procedures has a flow causing it to feel natural like nothing has changed. wearing the mask, during practice, wasn't bad and focusing on Jill's instructions and my breath, I didn't notice it. the gentle flow took me through thoughts and feelings, my breath allowed them to flow and my body AND MIND to be at peace ✌????

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this yoga studio. The studio room has a very relaxing vibe with lots of natural lighting during the day and dim lighting with candles during evening classes, so even though I'm being challenged in my practice, it still feels like a treat to be able to come to class rather than "just another workout". There is also a nice boutique area in the lounge filled with all kinds of little treasures to look at while you're waiting. The overall facility is always very clean, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive to questions. They also offer a good variety of different yoga classes and workshops, so there are lots of options to choose from depending on what my mind and body need on a given day/week. I haven't had an instructor here that I haven't liked yet, and each one does their practice a little bit differently.

Fantastic experience: I have truly enjoyed the yoga classes I have taken here. The Yin Meditation is so relaxing and just what is called for at the end of the week when I want to unwind. The instructors are all warm, inviting, and very helpful. I am new to yoga and found their guidance comforting. Their rates are slightly higher than some of the other local yoga studios, but they have frequent sales and excellent deals for seniors, students, and military personnel.
