Fantastic experience: Donskov is a top-notch organization! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, communicative and professional. They are attentive to individual needs and and goals while constantly striving for excellence. My teenage son is an athlete and he has been working out at Donskov for 9 months now. His strength, physique, and hockey game have all improved tremendously. Donskov is an organization that knows how to get results!

Fantastic experience: All of my strength and conditioning needs are met and then some, with an educated and passionate staff at DSC, they allow for personal input for ownership in your program as well as enthusiasm and support to get through the rewarding sessions that they have crafted for you. If you are in the Columbus area, and are anywhere from a weekend warrior to professional athlete, I strongly recommend DSC in helping you reach your goals.

Fantastic experience: I am an older adult who was searching for a facility to help build my strength, bone density, coordination and longevity. I am completely satisfied and grateful for the training and attention I get at Donskov Strength and Conditioning. The staff hand write my workouts with my personal strengths and weaknesses in mind. I am recovering from a broken ankle from March of this year and they consistently work to both build and protect this ankle and inquire how I am feeling/doing. The staff are well-trained, highly educated and personable. I feel the most important quality about Donskov Strength and Conditioning is the atmosphere. Training can be difficult and, at times, I would rather sit in my lazy-boy but I am greeted with such friendliness and care that I am always motivated to go. I am having a wonderful experience training here and I plan to train with them well into the future.
