Fantastic experience: Classes are amazing! I have severe leg trauma in the past, so boxing is the perfect way to work on rebuilding myself. All the trainers are so supportive. It's great!!

I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to get into shape and step outside of the box we all too often put ourselves in!
