Fantastic experience: In July 2018, i joined Zumba classes at Columbus Fit life. It’s the best zumba classes you would ever have and i truly loved to dance with Pam ????. She is amazing dancer and fitness trainer and she builds-up complete positiveness, confidence and motivation within you that you loose your pounds just like that and get back to shape. I could hardly dance with Pamela for 2 months, as i had to move to Texas. But when i moved back to Columbus in 2022 February, i was so excited and the first thing i did was joined back to CFL and its wonderful to be a part of CFL family now!! It changed my life!! Yeah, its beautiful to be with the whole team, the happiness is precious!! Credit goes to Pamela, a beautiful gorgeous mentor and more than a sis to me!! Thank you Pam???? And i thank the whole team members and my lovely friends at CFL who give me a lot of motivation and positive energy (unlimited) to Dance and its fun being at CFL???? I highly recommend Columbus Fit Life guys!! Come and join us..get motivated,???? inspired????, grow healthier????‍????, strong???? and have lots of fun at CFL family/community!!????

Fantastic experience: I initially joined CFL just to work out a little more during the summer, but the community I met made such an impact on me. Everyone there is so positive and encouraging and really just wants you to do your best and have fun. Pamela is one of the kindest people I have met and truly cares about everyone she is working with.

Fantastic experience: Columbus Fit Life changed my life! Our STRONG (small group) family consists of like-minded people with different fitness goal, but we inspire each other to grow everyday and become strong and most importantly healthy. Pam is an amazing trainer, coach, mentor, and friend. She provides the team with thoughtful sessions to help us and push ourselves while being firm and fun! She also educates the team about healthy eating and how certain foods effect our bodies. I honesty say STRONG is my "happy place" thanks to my friends and most of all because of Pam!!!
