Fantastic experience: Chris is a dedicated trainer who has your best interests at heart. He has the medical knowledge that most trainers lack and that definitely gives him an edge. I came to him with several old injuries and he was able to modify every single exercise on the fly. He’s fun, easygoing, and non-judgmental. Give him a try!
Fantastic experience: Chris is a great physical trainer and soon to be a great physical therapist. He is up to date with the latest sports science trends and data, and has great coaching skills to match! Coming off an injury, Chris has helped me train with the right exercises and the right effort to stabilize and strengthen me. This is not easy given my injury, so training with Chris has been excellent and his expertise has made a huge difference. I would very highly recommend working out with Chris, especially if you are dealing with an injury.

Fantastic experience: Chris is a great trainer! He develops a training program especially tailored to your needs based on your specific goals, physical prowess and guided by his own knowledge of physical health. I got some great recommendations to improve my diet and lifestyle in general while working with him. My goal was to gain weight, and I was able to gain 16 pounds of muscle mass in a period of a few months, which is something I had not been able to do in years. I am very thankful to him; I could see that he really enjoyed training and was very serious, dedicated and professional. He keeps you motivated to succeed and at the same time, he prepares you to be independent by providing you with the skills and discipline to work out on your own eventually. I highly recommend him.
