Fantastic experience: We went for a trial workout in early September and my spouse and I were very impressed. Our introductory session was an extremely positive experience. We were given detailed explanations on the sessions, what we could expect in terms of results, pricing options, etc. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. We felt comfortable and at ease the minute we entered the building. I signed up for a one-year membership and plan to attend weekly despite the 1 hour and 15 minute commute to get there. I can't say enough about the first impression that was made! I also can't wait to see results in the next several months.
