Fantastic experience: I tend to get bored easily. With conventional workouts of endless sets and reps, there just isn't enough mental stimulation to keep me engaged. With RockBox's approach to training, every workout is familiar, but still varied. Exercises and routines are shuffled often enough that each workout feels fresh and keeps your body from adapting to what you're doing, and the atmosphere never fails to keep you motivated and having fun. I would definitely recommend RockBox Winston Salem to anyone looking for a tough, stimulating workout!

Fantastic experience: RockBox has been such a great experience for me in many ways. I am motivated every class not only by each instructor, but the members as well. Everyone has welcomed me in and pushed me past my limits. It truly has made me stronger and even more confident in myself. I love this place, great people, great music, great atmosphere!!
