Women's Room

Fantastic experience: Going on the Cuba women’s retreat was an amazing experience! Beth took such good care of us and all the preparations. She’s a wealth of knowledge! The whole group of people that work at Mhai yoga are top notch! The whole country and the retreat center are a very special place. The food is amazing. The location is perfect. One block from the ocean. The excursions were perfect with just enough down time and Beth caters the yoga perfectly to the group. All the art we saw was a once in a lifetime experience! I will go back with Beth and suggest you do too!!!

Fantastic experience: I love the Women's Room and the women who teach and get together there! The space is beautiful, calming, and light-filled. Women of all shapes and sizes practice there. And, it is also the place that allows me to be sensual, let loose, stomp on the floor, laugh and dance freely. Marty's BUTI yoga class is the most amazing mix of yoga, dance and good vibes which I always leave sweating, happy and energized.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely adore Beth and the space at her studio, The Women's Room!!! It is warm and welcoming and just wonderful :-) I'm looking forward to traveling to Cuba with her in April. My first trip with her 2 years ago was fun and pure joy!!!!

Fantastic experience: Beth is absolutely amazing! Her kind and gentle spirit absolutely shows in everything she does. I cannot wait to travel to Cuba with her in April for the Women's Room Cuba Yoga Retreat! It is going to be a once in a lifetime experience. We all have one life to live, and I want to live mine outside the box. This Cuba Retreat is a bold first step on that path!

Fantastic experience: Great birth education class. Beth was very knowledgeable and tailored a lot of the class to our small group so that we could get the answers we needed. Hospital tour was great, too, with Beth leading the way! We also chose to do a 1.5 hour class that met up multiple times instead of some of the more intense, longer classes offered elsewhere, and I feel like that was the perfect amount. You will get overwhelmed if this is your first time being pregnant and there's lots to learn! Taking it slowly helps out so much!
