Eupraxia Winona

Fantastic experience: I joined the Eupraxia community just as I was remembering and accepting how much better I do when I am holding myself accountable to others. Having always been part of a team, I am so much more likely to show up and work hard for others as a way of showing up for myself. Simply put, I like showing up, being part of a team and being told what to do! ????. I have found the perfect fit for me at Eupraxia-Winona!!! This team and community holds me accountable, we value each other, and have a blast while working our butts off!

Fantastic experience: I have never had a membership to a gym. But I started at Eupraxia out of curiosity on my birthday almost a year ago and I am so glad I did! I can get in and out quickly, get in great workout planned out for me; I'm challenged and encouraged and there is a wonderful community of folks at each time slot. Everyone has always been welcoming and friendly (and they don't care if I've just rolled out of bed for the 5am class--I've also never been a morning person...but, here I am, attending classes before work!). I've lost "pandemic" weight, I've changed my eating habits and I'm loving the direction my body is going in!

Fantastic experience: Eupraxia will change your life! For the better of course :) The workouts are quick, fun, and modifiable for everyone, no matter your level of fitness. The nutrition plan shared with the 6 week challenge is so simple and makes so much sense. I have gained so much strength and confidence from Eupraxia, I will definitely be doing it forever!

Fantastic experience: I had the great pleasure of working with Jolene and Ryan as members of Eupraxia, and Bee for a time too. They are just truly amazing and motivating people who will meet you right where you are at with fitness, and work with you in every way to help you meet your goals. This program teaches you what it means to just be a healthy human. Can't recommend this place enough.

Fantastic experience: Interested? Wondering what this place is all about? Just walk through the doors. You don't have to stay but we would really love it if you did. If your anything like me you'll be hooked after the first class. I've been attending Eupraxia-Winona almost daily since they opened. They quickly became a part of my daily routine. It's truly more then a gym its my Eupraxia-Winona family. I've had the chance to connect with so many amazing individuals that I'm happy to call my support system. Everyday I walk through the doors I'm greeted with positive energy, charismatic attitudes, and encouragement. The best part is all judgment is left at the door. Everyone is accepted as they are. I'm so blessed that I found Eupraxia-Winona. They keep my grounded. Ryan and Jolene are great supporters and encourage me to be stronger everyday and never give up on myself.
