Fantastic experience: I've been an avid gym goer for many years and never tried any small group training like what Red Zone offers. On a whim, I tried Red Zone's 7 days free to get a feel of the programming they offer. I was wonderfully surprised that to find diverse and challenging workouts. The workout programming changes frequently to keep members from getting burned out and all the workouts are able to be modified to meet each members needs. Greg and Trent are fantastic coaches. Fun, energetic, and they greatly care about every person's safety by ensuring correct form and appropriate weights. Red Zone is an awesome place to work hard and make friends. I would encourage anyone on the fence about trying it to come in and experience the fun first hand.
