Fantastic experience: Being a member at CrossFit CB has changed my life. I am in the best shape of my life because of the dedicated coaching staff. The friends and people I have met because of the gym, I consider family. The coaches and owner truly care about me and support my goals.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a place to drop in because I was visiting Wilmington from Brooklyn, NY. I did some research and ended up giving this place a try. I highly recommend it! Everyone was super nice and welcoming, the coaches were knowledgeable and the workout was solid. I ended up working out there the entire week I was visiting, and I would definitely come back next time I'm in town. This gym seems to be community-centered, and it's telling by the quality of people that I met.
