Fantastic experience: Mala was nothing short of amazing. For my first yoga class Harmony Studios made it so comfortable, welcoming, and motivating it made me feel so at ease. Mala is an amazing instructor who is very communicative and pushes you to your best limits throughout the class. The staff at Harmony make you feel at home when you walk through the door and when you leave you feel like family. 10/10 recommend to anyone who is active in yoga or is looking to become active.
