Fantastic experience: This was a fantastic place to workout and learn the basics of CrossFit. Before joining regular workouts, I took their instruction course and learned how to do all exercises properly, which not only helped with my confidence but helped prevent injury. If I didn't move, I'd still be going to CrossFit Vokse.
