Fantastic experience: I have been at Bamfit for 5 years and I can truly say that for my age I have accomplished goals and I continue to accomplish my goals. If you want a place to feel comfortable reaching your goals this is the place to be. It’s an environment of peer support and most importantly guidance from the coaches.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Bam after I had my first baby and I’m so glad I joined. In the beginning it can be intimidating joining a new gym, but in no time I was comfortable and looking forward to working out. It’s definitely a positive environment where your peers and the coaches push you to do better. I’d recommend Bam to anyone who is looking for a gym where they can get better and at the same time have a sense of community.
