Fantastic experience: Great New facility wth fantastic trainers. They will meet with you one on one to really assess your individual needs and then work out a program to hit your goals while offering great fitness, diet, and overall health advice along the way. From sports to martial arts to body building and everything in-between, you can hit any goal you want here and have a great time doing it. Every few weeks you can expect a new, revitalized routine to keep your interest and body working hard. The group based approach is also fantastic for keeping a positive mood when things get tough.

Fantastic experience: This gym is growing fast, and in great ways! I love the workouts, and really respect my trainers knowledge, and ability to fix any weaknesses I may have. From fixing muscle or joint pain, to fixing my form... he really has moved my athletic training past what I believed was possible for me! Highly recommend to anyone, at any training level.
