Parisi Speed School of the River Region

Fantastic experience: You don't have to be slow to benefit from Parisi. My son was already above average in athleticism and quickness. I signed him up for 12 lessons of Parisi speed school in between team sport seasons. He got noticeably faster and more explosive. We play ball in the yard a few times a week. By the time we finished our 12th lesson, I noticed that our 1 acre yard is no longer big enough to test his range on running down a fly ball. The instructors do a great job pushing the kids but are enthusiastic at the same time. My kids will be going to Parisi during the off season from now on.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Mission Fitness for almost 2 years and it has been an amazing journey! Our daughter has been pushed in her athletic ability not only in the gym with Mission Fitness but also on the softball field. She has gained speed and also confidence in herself while performing. The coaches are great and work with them to instruct and show the athletes how to put forth their best while performing! We love Keith and Kristina and we are so glad we started this journey two years ago!!!
