Fantastic experience: The diversity of the work out each day is great and we always walk out feeling accomplished!! Totally different from going to a regular gym. The workout is pre set up for you so all you have to do is show up!

Fantastic experience: The BEST gym in South Florida.The owners Steve and Heidi Bowser literally have hundreds of certifications and decades of fitness knowledge. This is THE gym to go-to for any and all of your fitness needs and goals ????????

Fantastic experience: This place is great! A lot of equipment, great trainers if you want them, clean, healthy food available, and some more random equipment for a change of pace like a gigantic tire and a rope climbing machine to keep things interesting.
