Fantastic experience: Crossfit RGTC on Shotgun Road is an amazing place. It is not just a Crossfit gym/box. It is FAMILY. Jose the owner made me feel at home from the moment I entered the gym to register, until the day I had to leave due to employment relocation. The staff is friendly, professional, and extremely qualified and experienced. They teach the classes with a passion and make you feel like you are the only athlete in the room, as they circulate during the workout and check up on your progress. I would highly recommend this box to anybody who is looking for a great workout and a place to call "home" when exercising.

Fantastic experience: I have gone to the gym for 1+ week now and I have nothing but great things to say. I have been taken in and treated like family. Jose & Greg have been great. The members are helpful. Been a great experience thus far!
