Fantastic experience: This the best gym I have ever been to. Coaching is top notch, everyone is nice and very welcoming. The atmosphere is incredible! Be prepared to work harder then you have ever imagined you were capable of. The workouts are insane! You will find strength inside you never knew you had that bleeds over into other areas of your life..literally life changing.

Fantastic experience: Such a cool place! All of the members are super friendly and motivating, and the coaches are all awesome! Perfect if you are just starting out or if you've been in the fitness game for a while. Wide variety of equipment, and plenty of it. I also got an online program from Brian that gave me some grrat results. Definitely going back and definitely getting more programs in the future!

Fantastic experience: I purchased one of Brian's 12 week custom routines and recently completed it... It was amazing! Loved the variety, intensity, and results! As a relative novice, I saw major PR jumps in all my main lifts. Loved the routine and I will run it again and look at buying additional routines in the future!
