Daily Breath Pilates

Fantastic experience: Daily Breath Pilates Studio in Westlake Village California has transformed my life. I joined the studio four years ago by taking a free introductory class not knowing anything about Pilates . A dear friend recommended this studio to me. I was a recent widow, extremely overweight and had not exercised in a very long time. I was afraid I would not be accepted into the studio because I was so out of shape & overweight . When I went to the intro class I was greeted with such warmth by Renata ((who I found out later was the owner) and such positive encouragement that I could do Pilates, and they would work with me to obtain my goals, I signed up for one month of classes & began an incredible journey to wellness & overall health transforming my body . After four years as a member of this studio I have gained body strength , confidence and lost over 35 pounds . The atmosphere this studio provides is truly a testament to Renata, the owner, in the manner in how she treats her clients & conducts her business . Renata works with her clients individually adjusting her classes to tailor what her clients need to reach their goals There is a fellowship that has been created by Renata in welcoming all who want to improve their lives . I have received many new friends into my life from attending classes . This studio is a gift to this community. This studio has transformed my life when I needed it the most and I will be a forever grateful as I know Renata and her team saved my life, Sharon Miller Hutchins

Fantastic experience: It's been almost a year since I joined this studio and I've been going everyday unless I am out of town. I was so glad that they were able to open outdoor class during Covid-19 lockdown. I can't imagine my day without Pilates anymore. I love all their main instructors - Sheri, Sabrina, Lisa, such a great energy & fun class ! This studio deserves more than 5 stars.❤

Fantastic experience: I had back surgery several years ago. I have continued to struggle with back pain especially when golfing. I started classes again at Daily Breathe about 2 months ago. I played golf this weekend and noticed that I have gained more strength and no lower back pain!! I can now take level 2/3 classes!

Fantastic experience: Daily Breath Pilates changed my life. I was one of their first clients when the center hosted an open house 4 years ago. Renata, the owner, who is a licensed physical therapist crafts the workouts for the clients’ level and stresses safety and one on one advice throughout the class. There are only 8 reformers so the class size is small and the equipment is spotlessly cleaned after every class. I love the Pilates as well as the Spin/cycle classes and I’m almost 62 years old and have never been in better shape in my life. Thank you Renata, her staff and Daily Breath Pilates!’

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this studio for over 3 years. The staff is such a pleasure to work with and they are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They keep me committed and I always want to come back!!
