Fantastic experience: It's actually Donna reporting, but the staff is wonderful! They evaluated my abilities, made sure they knew if I had any physical limitations & designed a program that challenged me but didn't cause injury. After just 5 sessions, I'm already lifting heavier weights & doing more difficult moves. The staff makes me feel strong & empowered! They've managed to challenge me, push me to realize my abilities & after a session I feel tired but strong & look forward to the next!
