The Bar Method Westfield

Fantastic experience: The location In Westfield was so clean and friendly. I had such a wonderful experience. The teacher (and my fellow classmates) were very friendly and supportive. Plus, they have child care!

Fantastic experience: I had been doing Yoga for years “to help my lower back”... I was in constant pain ( have a bulging disc) I started Bar and within a week, my pain was almost gone. I took Bar 5 days a week for a month and a half before I went on vacation. My back felt amazing! I was away and was unable to take class for a month and back pain came back. Still not convinced , I rejoined and back pain disappeared. Now I’m convinced that the Bar Method, the constant tweaking is exactly what I need to heal! The instructors are amazing. Thanks to all!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE BAR WESTFIELD! The classes, instructors, staff, studio, retail...It's the hour I can clear my mind, break a sweat, and leave with a sense of accomplishment. Be careful, it's addictive!
