Fantastic experience: Our trainer of 5 years, Vince Colatruglio, has the talent and knowledge to train around our 50+ year old bodies. He has background training in physical therapy and personal training techniques. My husband and I are so fortunate to have found Vince.

Fantastic experience: I truly love working out here! It has all the machines and free weights but more importantly, the coaches are friendly, knowledgable, FUN, and encouraging. It's a focused and laid back environment for working out.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I love taking classes here. They have classes for every body type and skill. The fast paced classes make me feel accomplished while the slower paced ones are relaxing. They really have it figured out.
