Fantastic experience: I started training with Ilirjana after the birth of my son 5 years ago. I am stronger now than I have ever been. Our training sessions are the absolute best way to start the day. She understands my health goals and works with me to achieve them. Having trained with others before - I know how lucky I am to have found her. FIVE stars!

Fantastic experience: I had my first workout with Ilirjana Burgei yesterday. She is amazing! She really understands the body and how to make it work most effectively - and safely. I have some trouble areas (knees, back) and she was able to give me tough exercises that worked muscles I haven't felt in a while while also making sure there was no pain or strain. I highly recommend working with her!
