Fantastic experience: I started out here at CrossFit by taking the group classes. The classes are challenging and great work out. Then I switched to personal training with Chris. Not only have I seen significant changes in my body for the better, I also have changed how I view food and my eating habits. In addition, Chris incorporated mindfulness and breathing exercises that help to reduce stress and manage that side of life better. Overall my experience has been a whole mind and body lifestyle change that I can actually maintain. The gym is a supportive environment that helps you produce real results. I am very happy with my experience here.

Positive experience: Talk about a workout. This place had me sweating and my fat cells on fire. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff.
