Fantastic experience: Dave is someone who has helped me to see exercise, overall wellness and the mind/body connection in a whole new way. He is kind, positive and full of energy which helps me stay motivated! I appreciate his flexibility with my schedule or physical limitations, truly customizing my workouts based on where I am at in that moment.
