Fantastic experience: If you want results, this is the gym to go to! I’ve tried many different programs, exercises, etc and nothing has given me results like SoMO workouts! Seriously one of the best gyms there is! The people, the coach, the atmosphere- they all get 5 stars! The workouts create results and the coach (and fellow gym goers) are always pushing you to do your best. Every workout can easily be scaled to your ability, which is a huge plus! The drinks in the tea shop are the perfect fuel for before/after your workout. Definitely a one-stop shop to getting healthy.

Fantastic experience: Love! Love! Love, the teas and protein Bowls! everything I've tried is amazing weather I need a morning pick me up or afternoon snack, health nutz is my go to, for healthy and tasty teas and snacks! the staff is fabulous! You guys are wonderful thank you!!!!!!
