Fantastic experience: The owners are incredibly knowledgeable and kind, the gym is very clean and organized, it’s one of my favorite spots to work out!

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! Yvonne, an owner and trainer is the best - literally. She's been doing this a long time and knows proper form. She makes a tough workout fun and safe! Her husband is a trainer too alas well as a food and nutrition educator.

Fantastic experience: This place "ROCKS," happy they are open again. Between Yvonne and Julian, they have over 60+ years of experience in the fitness/wellness industry. They understand how to work around injuries and modify the exercise program to ensure prevention of rei-njury. This gym is extremely clean and the equipment is well maintained. You feel like part of a family and since coming back from the virus outbreak they are taking all precautions to ensure client safety.

Fantastic experience: You can be at ease in the hands of Julian and Ivonne. They are experienced, there workouts are designed for you and they adjust if needed. Very personal service and the best of all they love animals and are vegan! I highly recommend this gym. You will get results.
