STARK uses a professional team based approach to customize a health, fitness and nutrition plan for each student. Comprehensive health guidance with Dr. Christian. Experienced and knowledgeable coaching, I’m a student of coach Nick. Personalized nutrition plan with coach Bekka and Olivia. Excellent customer service with Jennifer and progress tracking with Christy. And great leadership with Tyler.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I’ve ever been a member. Very personalized workout. The Coaches are all knowledgable, and excellent. My personal Coach (Nick Hand) is the best. In 8 months I have seen major changes to my body and health.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked into the Stark West Hollywood the smile of Jennifer & Christy made me feel at home. Usually when walking into a gym its cold and distant. There was nothing CLOSE to that experience when in Stark. They all are so welcoming and loving, always helping the last stretch of the training session go by smoothly. Always leave my training sessions feeling accomplished! Motivated for more!

Fantastic experience: What can I say about this place? Scratch that. Sure, it's clean, great equipment, but it's the PEOPLE! The staff! The front, the trainers, the doctors - everyone. Professional, educated, and 100% willing to deliver the experience that's second-to-none. I don't know how they can make such a sophisticated, advanced place/system feel like "Cheers" is incredible. These guys should write a book on it. They really know ME, are connected to me and my needs and go above and beyond for my health and fitness. Bravo. To call this place a gym doesn't feel right. To call it something fancier also doesn't feel right. It's like nothing you've ever experienced before, and if you do what they say, you'll feel and look better than you ever have.

Fantastic experience: Stark's 3rd location is beautiful! The staff & culture at this location is awesome! They provide quality care and service! Stark provides a team of specialists that will cater to your health and fitness goals! The coaches, NMDs, nutritionists all collaborate together to ensure the best workout programs, nutrition and supplement plans specifically customized for each student! I never felt so special and heard! The way they implement everything is so effective that I was able to surpass my health & fitness goals! I am the best version of ME and it is all thanks to Stark!
