Fantastic experience: This place is great, clean and affordable. I used to only run but have found since going here that with a little instruction from the PT that my km splits are coming down. Thanks a lot!

Fantastic experience: Was traveling in LA and gave this new studio a try and loved it. The instructor told me to go lighter on the weight but rep out and my heart rate went through the roof. Felt so good to move. The studio was fitted to a really high spec, all together a great fitness experience. Will definitely head back.

Fantastic experience: Awesome workout, very hard but felt every muscle in my body which I loved! The Woodway Curve felt less harsh on my knees than a conventional treadmill.
