Fantastic experience: The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable very friendly the equipment is clean the bathrooms are super clean and I just feel welcome there to my walk in there

Positive experience: I am a member and it's quite convenient. One huge Con. The air stays on 76. You just can't work out without over heating in temps like this. Unfortunately I have to look else where due to the thermostat as much as Id like to stay. If you can handle that temp before even warming up it's a great place.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym nestled in the small community of Springdale. It’s clean, open 24 hours and safe, located inside Springdale police Department. The owner is friendly and helpful and happy to answer any questions or assist anybody with any concerns.
