Fantastic experience: The location is perfect! Beautiful scenery all around, amazing view from the suite, definitely a vibe. The staff was very accommodating. Everyone from the doormen to concierge checked on us daily. They'd ask how our trip was going, and then take it a step further by recommending something THEY could do to better it. Good customer service is rare nowadays, so I had to leave a review to express our appreciation. Chicago is always a good time, but staying at the W - Lakeshore made it even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: We arrived for check in and received a warm welcome from Frank. He was awesome and very kind. I was hesitant about booking because of the reviews but I’m so glad that I did. The location was perfect and the staff was very friendly. Not to mention our view from the room was exactly what I expected. So glad I did choose this hotel!! Definitely Will come back.
