Fantastic experience: Love these guys. Friendly encouraging environment that makes working out a joy. You won't find a group of more encouraging / loving trainers who actually care about you. I've walked in a few times over the years in the midst of a "bad day" and someone there has noticed and even offered to pray with me. Have been going for about 3 years and have seen great results.
