Positive experience: It’s a gym with weights and a nice staff. Some of the equipment could be updated but they also have a good mix of unique equipment too.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Trainers are amazing, knowledgeable, professional and friendly! Michelle Knight has trained me for almost a year I’m so pleased with my results! The staff is always super friendly! The gym is clean and up to date! So glad I chose to join this gym and train with them!
