Fantastic experience: Shane does an amazing job managing this gym. He is very welcoming and encouraging! Nacy Kocurek does a wonderful job as a yoga instructor. She is very welcoming and kind. She has a very calming voice that helps with the environment of yoga. She also does a fantastic job at explaining the exercises as you do them so that you don’t get distracted and can focus on what you are trying to do. She does a great job at providing options for different levels of experience. So whether you are a beginner or more advanced, you will fit right in!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this gym! Shane and his team are wonderful, there’s plenty of space and equipment, and the prices are phenomenal. Go check it out!
