Fantastic experience: It’s been my favorite place to stay healthy for over 13 years!! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging! Group exercise classes, Yoga, personal training and the state of the art equipment keep me motivated! There’s so much to offer for the entire family!

Fantastic experience: Have been going to the Spa on & off for the past 13 years. Best gym in the area. Crossfit instructors are super motivational and keep me coming back for more even at 5:15 am (shoutout to Kayla, Becky and Matt!). Group exercise instructors - especially Becky and Erin - are the best! Matt is my personal trainer as well and he’s awesome. Pure massage is great also. Wouldn’t recommend any other gym!

Fantastic experience: Had my daughters birthday party there. All staff members were so kind and helpful. The party host were exceptional. They were so great with the kids. My daughter said it was her best birthday!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member since 1991! That speaks for itself! I love Spa 23. It is run very well and is family owned. When you’re there, you’re family! I participate in various group classes like Balance & Mobility and Group Core….both excellent classes with excellent instructors. There’s also the renovated pool and the hot tub adjacent to the pool! Great for unwinding after exercising. Or swim laps for exercise. And to make it even better the snack bar with energy drinks, juice bar and energy foods! Now I see we have a new addition with sports clothing including running shoes. Awesome! There’s Pure Massage and also BeYoga! So much under one roof! Last but not least the people in the offices and at the front desk always there to help in any way! After 30 years I’m very happy here at my home away from home….Spa 23!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
