Fantastic experience: I took a complimentary class with my friend who is a member, and was hooked! This is a zero-impact way to tone and strengthen. I can already see a difference all over, which gives me the encouragement to keep going. I've even lost a few pounds! Rosanna is a great teacher and keeps us motivated and pushes us to do our best.
