Fantastic experience: I love it here! The studio is gorgeous and the instructors are amazing! Everyone here makes you feel so welcome. There are options for high and low impact, so that you can modify the steps to how you like it. They offer different formats of classes to mix it up for every week. Highly recommend trying out, especially since your first class is always free!

Fantastic experience: The ladies that teach are the BEST!! From my first class they have been supportive and like family. I love how encouraging they are especially with my diabetes and kidney failure, they never make me feel like I can't.
