Positive experience: Great turn-key concept. Good environment. Much of the equipment is dated and/or not adjustable for petite people, but totally great if you know what your doing and can improvise.

Positive experience: It's a great gym but sad to see no upkeep on equipment. I go late so don't know about atmosphere but signing up was easy and she was very friendly. Love working out there.
