Fantastic experience: Train 608 and David are definitely 5 stars. My son has been training with David since he started in Waunakee. Not only is the fitness and strength training top notch but even more important is the confidence building and training to be respectful and responsible young athletes.

Fantastic experience: Awesome, motivational, supportive and safe place to train. David and his staff are always looking for new ways to challenge their clients, as well as providing tips on nutrition and samples of healthy meals and snacks. So glad 608 has been there for us!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out at TRAIN 608 for about a year now. Not only do I feel overall physically strong but maybe more importantly these days MENTALLY STRONG! It is challenging each and every day and David is a positive trainer/coach in his push/approach to see us gain strength and endurance. My 17 year daughter, who is a dancer not typically use to lifting weights, also trained at TRAIN 608 all summer. She was able to build her physical strength and endurance significantly in her conditioning program. A safe, energetic, motivating environment that offers you the abilities to achieve a “yes you can!” and “ I did it!” sense of accomplishment. 5 stars is just simply not enough...⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: This is a great training facility for both adults and kids. We have been sending both kids to Dave since they opened, and both really enjoy the work out and program regimen he outlines for what sports each play. This facility also runs group sessions for sports, which is also fun to attend as a team. Both kids come home absolutely exhausted, and we can tell they are getting stronger by the day! We are thankful we have such a wonderful business in our small community. If you haven't checked his facility out, you should!! Great things can come from athletes who attend. We love it....
