Fantastic experience: Fun, friendly atmosphere. Motivating coaches and athletes who push you to be your best!
Fantastic experience: Can't find a better place to give you a good workout with someone making sure you are maintaining form. Everyone pushes everyone & you feel amazing afterwards. It's a family not a gym.
Fantastic experience: I did a drop in for the Friday Noon class with 3 friends. Coach AJ was very knowledgeable and good group of people to work out with. Awesome shirts that are super soft also.
Fantastic experience: I love the atmosphere and the encouragement that is given in this facility! The trainers can scale the workouts to fit everyone needs and support your progress in every possible way. You are never pushed to do more then you want or capable of. New and old faces show up weekly and are greatly accepted with dedicated smiling trainers.
