Fantastic experience: My daughter switched gyms from NEGX to here. We are so happy we did! Her gymnastics skills have improved but more importantly her self confidence. These coaches put their hearts into these kids and are very knowledgeable. They are tough but loving. They don't yell at them but correct them in a professional manner. My daughter would cry coming home from practice every night at NEGX and at American she smiles. This gyms is one of the best in CT and it shows when the girls compete.
